About Us Our regular meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month (except January & August) in the Storton Lodge, Icknield Road, Goring-on-Thames, starting at 7.45 pm. New members and visitors are always very welcome. In August we have our Annual Summer Show where members are encouraged to take part, no matter how unworthy their exhibit may seem to them. The show is open to the general public who can enjoy seeing a wide variety of cultivars rather than just the predictable prize winners. The entrants often surprise themselves by bringing home a rosette! We also have a Spring Show. Our monthly meetings usually consists of a speaker, a competition, refreshments and a raffle. Other activities include garden visits, plant sales, Christmas party and annual lunch. We also have occassional Special Meetings. The club is run by an enthusistic Committee.
